All our products are produced exclusively from traditional ingredients in Salzburg regionally and also filled by hand directly on site with a lot of love.
Are all your products vegan?

Yes, we completely dispense with ingredients of animal origin in the production of our products.
What does "vegan" mean in cosmetic products?

We do not use any animal ingredients, which means that we do not use beeswax in our lip balm, for example. All products are of course cruelty-free and even the alcohol in all our products is vegan!
Where can I find information about the products and ingredients?

Can your product packaging be refilled?

Our sustainability philosophy also includes reusing our glass packaging. We offer refill bags for all our products here in our shop.
How sustainable is your packaging?

All our packaging is made of recyclable glass, which can be easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher and is therefore reusable. You can also buy our entire range in practical refill bags [here]! Our cardboard boxes and labels are manufactured and printed by us in Salzburg.
Will the product range be expanded in the future?

How do I use your products?

Our products are very economical to use. You can find all the information directly in our online shop on each individual product page; further information can be found on our YouTube channel and in our catalogs.
What are multifunctional combination products?

Every Be [...] my friend product has at least two uses. For example, the soap can also be used as a shower gel, the lotion as a hand cream, and the scrub as bath salts. You can find many more combinations and information in our journal or product overview.
Are your products unisex?

Yes! All our products are unisex, as we only use natural fragrances and ingredients, and they have multiple uses. That's why many of our female customers also use our beard care products (even without a beard ;-), because the beard oil is also suitable as a serum for dry skin. Are your products also suitable for children?

Yes, of course, our products are suitable for children aged 3 and up. Soon we'll have products for the whole family – from babies to grandparents.
