Shipping costs

We ship within 5 working days within the European Union with the Austrian Post or DHL. You will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Shipping Germany & Austria: 

up to 2kg € 5,-
over 2kg € 10,-

Shipping EU-Zone 1: € 13.90
(Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary)

Shipping EU-Zone 2: € 15.90
(France, United Kingdom, Croatia, Sweden, Finland, Denmark)

Shipping EU-Zone 3: € 17,90
(Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)

Rest of the World: € 25,00

Please note that some countries have import duties, these must be paid by the customer and are not our responsibility. 

Return shipment due to incorrectly stated address or failure to collect from the parcel shop in due time costs € 5 in Austria and Germany and between € 13.90 and € 25 in the rest of the world. These costs must be borne by the customer, as we cannot accept any liability for them.

Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your order or if your item is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will take care of your concern right away! You can exchange your purchased item for 14 days. To avoid unnecessary returns, please check the items in your shopping cart before placing your order. Unfortunately, opened and used products cannot be exchanged (unless they are faulty), as you will understand.

If an item is damaged or you notice any defects, please contact our service team in advance either by e-mail at info@besoapmyfriend.com or by telephone at 0043-676-545-0630so that we can take care of it immediately! Please note that for organisational reasons, returns are only free of charge if you use our return label or make prior arrangements with our service team.

In the event of an incorrectly ordered package size, incorrect address information or failure to collect the item from the parcel shop in good time, we will of course gladly refund the purchase price when returning the item, but unfortunately we cannot cover the costs of returning the item or renewed shipping costs when exchanging it, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the item will still be available at the time of exchange (but we will do our best). Therefore, please take a look at your shopping cart before you buy and check all items again, to be on the safe side!

Return shipping due to incorrect address or not picking up the item at the parcel shop in time will cost € 5,- in Austria and Germany and the rest of the world between € 13,90 and € 25,-. These costs must be paid by the customer, as we cannot accept any liability for this, as we unfortunately have no influence on this, but I'm sure you understand.
