[APPLICATION]

Apply about two tablespoons of rock salt scrub to your skin twice a week, gently massage it in and leave it on for a short time. Then shower off with plenty of warm water. The scrub is also great as a bath salt: take a full bath and relax! The scrub is suitable for use on the body (not for the face, it is too coarse!).
